Nissan AMIEO comprises Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania markets. This vast and diverse region employs more than 19,000 people and covers 140 markets with a population of around 3.8 billion. The AMIEO region also boasts an extensive vehicle offering, with almost 30 different models on sale across the region, ranging from the iconic Nissan Patrol SUV to the fully electric, crossover coupe, Nissan ARIYA. At Nissan AMIEO, our power lies in the diversity of our people and the markets we serve, as we build vehicles and technologies that drive us towards cleaner, safer and more inclusive mobility.

Globally, we have set a target to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. Our region is on track to reach this goal ahead of schedule by adopting innovative solutions and best practices to significantly reduce carbon emissions.

With a focus on circular economy, we promote using sustainable materials and recycling end-of-life vehicles whilst incorporating reusable resources across all of our activities.
Water Positive
Responsible water usage is a priority for every entity in the region. In the long-term, we seek to become a water positive organisation, putting more water back into the local water tables than we use.
Clean Air
We are taking a holistic approach to improve air quality for everyone. From materials usage to vehicle production to tailpipe emissions, we are researching and introducing innovative solutions and technologies that will support a cleaner, healthier environment.
